Targeting specific markets within our customer base, our inside sales staff can bring attention to your product to customers who are using them.  We analyze sales data monthly to see what is selling and where to build strategic campaigns.



Many of our customers have over 100,000 different products.  The distributor salesperson can not be an expert on all things.  We join them for end user calls as well as training opportunities to sell additional products.



Although this may seem obvious, we manage more then the sales cycle.  Due to our knowledge and day-to-day interactions with the multiple layers of our customer's organization, we get involved with transportation, accounting, purchasing, and other areas within the customer to ensure complete management of the account.



Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

Making selling easy sells more products.  We have a team that specializes in creating customer specific sales sheets, trainings, and customer facing literature.  We can either build this from scratch or work closely with your Marketing team to collaborate literature specific to markets.

Many of our customers will require information to be sent to them via EDI.  WE have our own web-based system that is already set up to communicate with our customers.  We can provide a secure portal for vendors who don't have this capabilities.  We provide all training and support to keep your business moving smoothly.
